1. The Food We Eat - Our modern world has seen the affects of an unbalanced diet, as we are digesting far too many processed foods; leaving out the 'living?foods, like essential fruits and vegetables. Each food has an energy (Megahertz), representing its?life-force, which our bodies convert into energy. Processed foods are basically dead, absorbing our energy. So the next time you pick-up that big Mac? ask yourself; ‘Will this serve me and em-power the rest of my day??If the answer is no, then perhaps it's time to take another look at ‘The Foods You Eat?
2. The Water We Drink Our bodies are 70-80% water content, yet most of us go through life dehydrated. This results in our body systems becoming overheating, blocked and eventually diseased. Water is the basis of life, and the natural coolant within our body systems; therefore it is essential to drink 2-3 litres of natural mineral water each day. So perhaps it's time to invest in a high quality water filtration system. It's the greatest investment you can make; giving you a high ROI into your coming years, through an increase of energy, youthfulness and an overall enjoyment of life.
3. The Air We Breathe Air is being contaminated more each year, with many of us working in metropolitan cities, which surround our busy lives. Therefore, it is essential to invest some time in consciously breathing in cleaner air, whether from nature or through a high-quality air purifier, which generates negative ions. Just last month, several hundred marathon runners in Hong Kong were affected by an API (Air Pollution Index) of 125-150; which is double the critical rate in most countries. So invest some time to get back to nature, where the air is pure and the trees are life-giving; and that just may save your lungs!
4. The Life We Live - The choices we make, directly affects our overall quality of life. Stress level and anxiety are deteriorating our bodies, affecting our sleep, physical well-being and overall enjoyment. So take a look at your life and see if you are choosing balance, as it is proven that people living a balanced lifestyle are more effective and successful in the long-run. Value your life and perhaps reflect upon: if today were the last day of your life, what would you do or say? How would you love the life you live??After all it's only one day, so start your day, today!
5. The Discipline We Embrace Disciplines directly create the life we enjoy; as it's our disciplines which show just what kind of person we truly are. There is a power greater than ourselves that becomes available only through strong determination and unwavering commitments, followed through by the daily disciplines we keep. Whether they be exercising to empower our bodies or keeping an intentional focus on our goals. So ask yourself the question ‘What Daily Disciplines would serve me in realizing my vision, which I could start today??
6. The Passion We Share There's something enrolling about them, and it's so contagious to be around a passionate?person. For me, it is almost as if they are ‘Passing Ions? just like in nature. And it's these ions that energize others to see what's possible, and be reminded of their dreams just waiting to be realized. So share your passion today, as the energy multiples by the more people we touch on a daily basis. For in living passionately, all becomes possible!
7. The Gratitude We Acknowledge It keeps the energy flowing along, as we walk our path through life. You will notice that the more grateful you are for what you have, the more you can receive in return. So if it is abundance that you seek, then look around you for the abundance that you are already blessed with, and be grateful. For it is not until one appreciates what one has, the power to be can gift you more!
Remember ‘Living Healthy, Wealthy and Wise?is a chosen path of life, and one that must be practiced daily, and in following this path you are assured to enjoy your life to the fullest!
