However, Lender A may require that in order to qualify for this program you must have a 620 credit score with no bankruptcy in the last 12 months while lender B may require that you have a 580 credit score with no bankruptcy in the last 24 months. So while you may not qualify with one lender for a particular program you may qualify with another one. Also, interest rates will vary from lender to lender.
