There are many discount bathroom dealers across the world, The question to ask is are you getting top quality at a discount price or paying for damaged vanities and other bathroom furniture or appliances.

There are several questions that you need to ask yourself and the supplier before you make a purchase. The headaches you save may be your own, so lets get started with questions you need to ask yourself first. Then move to the questions to ask the bathroom dealer.

The first thing you need to ask yourself is if you are willing to sacrifice some quality in exchange for a lower price. This may seem a little direct but it is a reality to be dealt with. Most discount dealers deal with scratch and dent type products that they buy wholesale from distributors that received returns due to damage or items that did not pass quality standards.

The blemishes may be small and not easily noticed, but the fact remains that there is some kind of defect.

The second reason is that the original product is of lower quality by design. Lower quality materials and construction can take years off of the life of furniture, especially in a bathroom environment where there is always moisture present. Using a substandard glue and fasteners can make it fall apart in a short period of time.

Counter surfaces can discolor and warp, the surface can even be hard to clean. These are things that you may have to deal with when choosing discount vanities and other bathroom furniture.

As long as you are willing to risk these potential problems you are ok. If you are not willing to deal with this then you need to ask the dealer a few simple questions.

The first question to ask is if it comes with a warranty, and if yes, how long and what does it cover.

Ask if it was bought in lots from fire damage warehouses, or from return lots from damaged returns.

You may be ok if it was just damaged return, it may have a few minor defects or visual impurities, but if it was from fire damaged storage, I would avoid it at all cost. Because fire damage usually means that it was soaked with water by the fire department as they were checking for hot spots to make sure the fire did not re ignite.

And i would for a final question ask what it was made of, this will give you an idea if it was quality materials.
