For example, if you're choosing a garden table, make sure that it looks good when it's not in use, but that it can seat people comfortably and is wide enough to accommodate place settings and serving bowls.

There is so much garden furniture available that it is a good idea to visit a few showrooms, so that you can try out the furniture for comfort and compare prices. Looking on the internet or interior design magazines can also be helpful in giving you some ideas.

It pays to do some research when choosing garden furniture, because there is nothing worse than spending a fortune on something that doesn't quite hit the mark. Make the right decision and you will get years of use and enjoyment from it.
