Soreness, bruising and swelling are common discomforts. The breasts may even feel sensitive to simulation for a couple of weeks. Physical activities that subject the breasts to physical contact must be avoided in order to ensure safe recovery and to avoid complications. However, patients can return to work within a few days. Stitches will be removed within seven to ten days after the surgical operation.
