And besides, the meds often make you feel more relaxed as well. If you're tired of being a sitting duck whenever panic attacks, then you can set yourself up to take charge with natural methods of dealing with it. The medications help cut down on the number of attacks, but what do you do when one occurs? Do you just cringe through the terrible time, praying that you'll get through it somehow?

If you decide to use natural methods for coping with these attacks, you'll be much better at dealing with them. While the meds can reduce the number of attacks, natural coping techniques can reduce the horror of going through them by giving you the weapons you need to combat them. Over time, the attacks will lose their edge and, eventually, won't even rear their heads.

Medications work only as long as you continue taking them. Once you run out or have to quit taking them because of the side effects, you're back to defenseless within a few hours at most. Like I said earlier, I'm not the type to stand by one anxiety attack panic treatment and readily dismiss the other. Medication does have its merits. But I'd rather look forward to the future than dwell on the present, and if the natural approach to curing panic attacks offers a life free from the fear of anxiety panic attack symptoms, then I'm sticking to it.
